Aarini – Shipping Policy

At Aarini, we want your jewelry to reach you safely and on time. This policy explains how we ship, what to expect, and what to do if something doesn't go as planned.

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship only within India. We don't offer international shipping at this time, but we'll update this policy if that changes in the future.

2. Processing Time
Orders are checked, packed, and handed to our courier partner within [1–2 business days] of being placed, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timelines
Once shipped, delivery typically takes [5–7 business days], depending on your location. Estimated delivery timelines will also be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates, not guarantees, as actual delivery depends on our courier partners and factors outside our control (weather, regional disruptions, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹2,500: free shipping
  • Orders below ₹2,500: a handling fee of ₹199 applies, for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders
  • Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional COD fee of ₹99, regardless of order value

All applicable charges are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or facing any other delivery issue, please reach out to us at care@aarinijewels.com with your order number, and we'll investigate with our courier partner and help resolve it.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal at the time of delivery, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment in such cases.
